🌤️ Thời tiết chuyển mùa là điều kiện thuận lợi để muỗi truyền bệnh sốt xuất huyết sinh sôi và phát triển mạnh. Nhằm bảo vệ sức khỏe bản thân và cộng đồng,Trường Tiểu học và THCS Nam Phù đã và đang khẩn trương tăng cường các hoạt động tuyên truyền, nâng cao nhận thức và kêu gọi toàn thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên, phụ huynh và học sinh cùng chung tay tiêu diệt mầm mống dịch bệnh, bảo vệ sức khỏe cho bản thân và cộng đồng.

🔎 TÌM HIỂU VỀ BỆNH SỐT XUẤT HUYẾT

Sốt xuất huyết là bệnh truyền nhiễm cấp tính do vi rút Dengue gây ra, lây truyền qua muỗi vằn (Aedes aegypti). Bệnh có thể xảy ra ở mọi lứa tuổi, đặc biệt là trẻ em.

🩸 Triệu chứng thường gặp:

- Sốt cao đột ngột 39-40°C, kéo dài 2-7 ngày;

- Đau đầu, đau mỏi người, đau hốc mắt;

- Nổi mẩn, phát ban;

- Trường hợp nặng có thể chảy máu cam, chảy máu chân răng, nôn ra máu, đi ngoài phân đen,…

👉 Nếu không được phát hiện và điều trị kịp thời, bệnh có thể gây nguy hiểm đến tính mạng.

🦟 CON ĐƯỜNG LÂY TRUYỀN

Muỗi vằn hút máu người bệnh nhiễm vi rút Dengue, sau đó truyền bệnh cho người lành qua vết đốt.

Muỗi thường đốt vào ban ngày và sinh sản ở những nơi có nước sạch đọng lâu ngày như: chậu hoa, máng nước, xô chậu, vỏ lon, lốp xe, bình nước,…

💡 CÁCH PHÒNG CHỐNG HIỆU QUẢ

Để bảo vệ bản thân, gia đình và cộng đồng, mỗi người cần thực hiện tốt các biện pháp sau:

✅ Đậy kín tất cả các dụng cụ chứa nước;

✅ Thường xuyên cọ rửa bể, chum, vại, thay nước bình hoa;

✅ Lật úp các vật dụng có thể đọng nước;

✅ Thả cá vào bể nước, bể cảnh để diệt bọ gậy;

✅ Mặc quần áo dài tay, ngủ màn kể cả ban ngày;

✅ Dùng nhang muỗi, kem chống muỗi hoặc vợt điện diệt muỗi;

✅ Khi có biểu hiện sốt, đến ngay cơ sở y tế để được khám và điều trị kịp thời;

✅ Giữ gìn vệ sinh môi trường, thu gom rác thải, loại bỏ vật dụng phế thải chứa nước đọng.

Dear parents, teachers, and students,

🌤️ The seasonal transition creates favorable conditions for dengue-carrying mosquitoes to breed and multiply rapidly. To protect individual and community health, Nam Phu Primary and Secondary School has been urgently stepping up its health education and awareness-raising activities, and calls on all management staff, teachers, other employees, parents, and students to join hands in eliminating the sources of this disease and protecting the health of individuals and the community.

🔎 UNDERSTANDING DENGUE FEVER

Dengue fever is an acute infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the bite of infected Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. The disease can affect people of all ages, especially children.

🩸 Common symptoms include:

Sudden high fever (39–40°C) lasting 2–7 days;
Headache, body aches, and pain behind the eyes;
Skin rash;
In severe cases: nosebleeds, bleeding gums, vomiting blood, black stools, and other signs of bleeding.

👉 If dengue fever is not detected and treated promptly, it can become severe and may be life-threatening.

🦟 HOW DENGUE SPREADS

An Aedes mosquito bites a person infected with the dengue virus, and then transmits the virus to a healthy person through a later bite.

Dengue-carrying mosquitoes typically bite during the daytime and breed in places where clean water stands for long periods, such as flower pots, water tanks, buckets and basins, discarded cans, tires, and other water-holding containers.

💡 EFFECTIVE PREVENTION MEASURES

To protect yourself, your family, and the community, everyone should take the following measures:

✅ Keep all water storage containers tightly covered;

✅ Regularly clean and scrub water tanks, jars, and other containers, and change the water in flower vases;

✅ Turn over or remove any items that may collect stagnant water;

✅ Introduce fish into water tanks and ornamental ponds to help control mosquito larvae;

✅ Wear long-sleeved clothing and sleep under mosquito nets, even during the daytime;

✅ Use mosquito coils, mosquito repellent, or electric mosquito swatters;

✅ If you develop a fever, seek medical attention promptly for examination and treatment;

✅ Maintain environmental hygiene by collecting waste and removing discarded items that can collect stagnant water.
