Hội nghị cản bộ, viên chức, người lao động trường Tiểu học và THCS Nam Phù năm học 2026 - 2027

Hoà chung không khí Chào mừng kỷ niệm 72 năm Ngày Giải phóng Thủ đô, Hôm nay ngày 10/10/2026 Trường Tiểu học và THCS Nam Phù tổ chức Hội nghị cán bộ, viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026-2027 trong không khí dân chủ, đoàn kết và trách nhiệm.

Tại Hội nghị, tập thể nhà trường đã nghe các báo cáo tổng kết thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2025-2026, kế hoạch năm học mới; thẳng thắn đánh giá những kết quả đạt được, thuận lợi, khó khăn và đề xuất giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục, đổi mới phương pháp dạy học, xây dựng môi trường giáo dục an toàn, thân thiện, phát triển phẩm chất và năng lực học sinh.

Năm học 2026-2027 có ý nghĩa đặc biệt, đánh dấu năm học đầu tiên nhà trường hoạt động theo mô hình liên cấp Tiểu học và THCS. Đây vừa là cơ hội tăng cường kết nối, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm chuyên môn giữa các cấp học, vừa đặt ra yêu cầu xây dựng môi trường giáo dục đồng bộ, liên cấp và phù hợp với đặc điểm phát triển của học sinh.

Không khí Hội nghị thêm sôi nổi với các tham luận thiết thực về kinh nghiệm dạy học môn Ngữ văn đạt điểm cao trong kỳ thi vào 10 THPT, ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) trong dạy học môn Khoa học tự nhiên và kinh nghiệm thực hiện nhiệm vụ, phong trào thi đua. Các tham luận góp phần chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, thúc đẩy đổi mới và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động giáo dục.

Với tinh thần dân chủ, công khai và trách nhiệm, các nội dung quan trọng của Hội nghị đã được tập thể thảo luận, thống nhất và biểu quyết, thể hiện quyết tâm chung sức thực hiện thắng lợi các mục tiêu, nhiệm vụ năm học.

Hội nghị khép lại trong không khí phấn khởi, đoàn kết và quyết tâm. Với sự nỗ lực của đội ngũ cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên, sự đồng hành của cha mẹ học sinh và sự quan tâm, chỉ đạo của các cấp, Trường Tiểu học và THCS Nam Phù quyết tâm đổi mới, nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục, xây dựng môi trường học tập hiện đại, thân thiện và phát triển bền vững.

CONFERENCE OF STAFF, PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND WORKERS
NAM PHU PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL - SCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027

Joining in the celebration of the 72nd anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, today, October 10, Nam Phu Primary and Secondary School held its Conference of Staff, Public Employees and Workers for the 2026-2027 school year in a spirit of democracy, unity and responsibility.

At the Conference, the school community heard reports reviewing the implementation of tasks in the 2025-2026 school year, together with the plan for the new school year. Participants frankly assessed the results achieved, as well as the advantages and difficulties, and proposed solutions to improve the quality of education, innovate teaching methods, build a safe and friendly learning environment, and develop students’ qualities and competencies.

The 2026-2027 school year holds special significance, as it marks the first year the school operates under the combined Primary-Secondary model. This is both an opportunity to strengthen connections and share professional expertise between the two levels, and a call to build a consistent, well-connected educational environment suited to the developmental characteristics of students at each level.

The Conference became even more lively with practical presentations on experience in teaching Literature to help students achieve high scores in the Grade 10 entrance examination, on applying artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching Natural Sciences, and on experience in carrying out assigned tasks and emulation movements. These presentations contributed to sharing good practices, promoting innovation and improving the effectiveness of educational activities.

In a spirit of democracy, transparency and responsibility, the key issues of the Conference were discussed, agreed upon and voted on by the staff, demonstrating their shared determination to successfully achieve the goals and tasks of the school year.

The Conference concluded in an atmosphere of enthusiasm, unity and determination. With the efforts of its administrators, teachers and staff, the support of parents, and the attention and guidance of authorities at all levels, Nam Phu Primary and Secondary School is determined to keep innovating, improve the quality of education, and build a modern, friendly learning environment for sustainable development.
